Phase 1 - Initial screening interview by phone with a Director. Basic questions about my right to work and other industry specific requirements.
Phase 2 - Client case study 30mins prep then 30mins presentation and questions. Followed by 60min competency interview. Very professional, two way interview.
Phase 3 - Director interview. Cultural fit… does the Director feel you would fit into their team.
