Applied for graduate program
Received an invitation for aptitude test at their premises
Went for assessment centre. Included 2 parts. 1st part was an introduction for myself (3 minutes) and a short presentation for 3 minutes on a question they ask. My question was to talk about local and international affairs.
After assessment centre was called back after 2 weeks for manager interview. 3/4 interviews were very nice and friendly. 1 of them was stuck up.
Application form, online assessment, 2 of these, and final stage AC in person. Final stage AC had a group activity and an interview one to one with senior in business line chosen.
Online numerical and verbal test followed by a Video interview if successful then a final assessment centre which consisted of a group interview of 4 people and 1-1 interview . Heard back within 2 days which was good

Interview
The day consisted of a group task then individual interview and 3 non assessed activities. The individual interview was 1-1 but was conducted in a large room where other candidates interviewed at the same time.
