The interview was friendly and straightforward. They asked plenty of behavioural questions to understand your motivations and reasons for choosing that particular area. It seemed they valued genuine and confident individuals.
Standard behavioural, and some good discussion of the scope undertaken by the specific Service Line. Very friendly interviewers who were attentive. You will get asked a values alignment question and be expected to answer in the STAR format.
