Application form; Online tests (numerical can be quite hard, practice beforehand); Audio Submission; LaunchPad; About 200 candidates at the LaunchPad so LOTS of competition; LaunchPad will have a written exercise, 1-1 interview and 2 hour group exercise. Very hard to know what they're looking for or assessing.

Why do you want to work for KPMG? Why tech risk? Give an example of a time when you've shown resilience? You also had to discuss a brief case study you'd prepared before hand.
