Submit online application - online assessment (verbal and numerical reasoning and personality test) - call for interview (include essay-writing and accounting entries test (need to know the accounting standards), after that one to one interview) Also asked to redo my verbal reasoning test because it's slightly below average (Jan 19)
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude

Interview
It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
