Competitive process. First interview is a panel interview mainly relates to testing the aptitude of candidates.
Second interview is to judge the candidates interpersonal skills and confidence. Few candidates make.it to the second interview.

Question 1
The interview includes questions on international Accounting standards, international auditing standards and some taxation are asked with average complexity. Scenarios are framed for the candidate to answer. General knowledge questions are also included.

With one manager and one director, both behavioural and technical questions were asked, still manageable I think, and can prepare beforehand on resume base on the experiences, need to be familiar enough
I had two rounds of interview with a hiring manager or the Director. The questions were more behavioural based. It was a well paced interview process, following which I received an offer.
