I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG (London, England) in June 2018
Interview
One face to face interview with a director. Standard STAR style questions along with a few motivation questions ie why kpmg why this role etc. Nothing unexpected. Relaxed atmosphere. Heard back in a couple of days.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to coordinate a large group of stakeholders
first round with consultant and senior consultant, multiple mini cases and behavioural questions
very quick to move to second round
second round with senior manager, case presentation etc
slow response time after second round
A few interview rounds with a mix of case interview and behavioral. Something you expect from a big 4/consulting case interview round. Prepare good enough and you'll be fine. Research case interview best practices and company background.
Overall very good. They ask a lot of questions and if you are able to answer them well then you can get in! My recommendation is to focus on being you and communicating your truth as clearly as possible.
