First had to submit an application online. Then I had to complete an online psychometric test. Not long after, they emailed the digital interview link, asking me to complete it within 48 hours. The interview was quite short, it took me less than 20 minutes to complete. There are 4 questions in total, each covering a different topic. You can take a break between each question. There is a short video for each question and then you get 1-2 min to prepare.
