I was applying for their udergrad scolarship. Basically I had to do the Reasoning test, which i thought i did badly as i didnt manage to complete the numerical part. but after 2 weeks, i was informed about an interview with them. It was a group interview with 5 other candidates, and there were 5 people who were past scholars there to observe us. It was a very laid back discussion, and it felt as though you are having a conversation with your own friends.
Face to face interview with hiring manager as well as Senior Manager of the finance department and two round one being self introduction and other one is technical round . Technical round is the crucial round where they will see a candidate alignment with the company value amd mission
