Interview
The interview started very casually discussing where we lived, Covid and what his title and role was. He then proceeded to explain a bit about the company structure and growth. He then began with a personal introduction and gave my high-level background. I identifyied key skills I thought would be useful to the organization. He highlighted some incremental value points I brought to the team if I was hired. We generally discussed my fit with their needs and also if I had any questions. He then offered to discuss general salary bands for me to comment on whether it was acceptable. We also discussed conflict of interest and independence issues that tax and audit firms have to adhere to.

With one manager and one director, both behavioural and technical questions were asked, still manageable I think, and can prepare beforehand on resume base on the experiences, need to be familiar enough
I had two rounds of interview with a hiring manager or the Director. The questions were more behavioural based. It was a well paced interview process, following which I received an offer.
