I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Athens, GA) in Oct 2021
Interview
The process was over Microsoft teams in a two-interview back-to-back process- one interview being conversational and the other more situational. The interviewers were very flexible with a student's schedule and provided much support in working out a time to interview. A day before the interview, someone from the practice you apply for will reach out to talk to you casually about Q&A regarding the firm. This is a way to get insight and prepare adequately for the interview.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
It was fluid! The interviewer didn’t ask me anything out of the ordinary. It was primarily a fit check rather than technical. I’ve heard it varies, i may have just gotten a chill recruiter.
