- gegenseitige Vorstellung
- strategische Fragen des Marktumfeldes, keine fachlichen Fragen (auf dem Niveau der Einstellung wäre das aber auch eher lächerlich gewesen)
- Abstimmung möglicher Business-Case
- kurzes Gespräch über Gehalt, dieses war höher als die Erwartung

Interview
I was refered to the KPMG partner that heads up this particular team by a friend and the KPMG partner invited me for an informal chat. We got along swimmingly and dealt with certain questions like:
Why are you thinking of changing jobs?
What do you hope to get out of working for KPMG?
Why are you interested in this particular technical area?
What people skills do you think you can bring to the team?
The partner that interviewed me was very friendly and it actually didn't feel like an interview, it was an informal chat which is leading to a second informal chat with some other partners in the group (currently being arranged).
The work culture seems to be quite long hours as the partner made an excuse for being late to a 9am meeting as he was held up in another meeting before 9am.
