Interview
Applied online and received an email to an online listen/type assessment about 3 weeks later. I received a phone call from a recruiter about two weeks after the assessment. The recruiter asked some qualifying questions over the phone and told me I would be contacted my a manager for a face to face interview. I received that phone call the following week on Thursday and was offered an interview for Friday morning that I could not take due to a prior commitment. They offered an interview on Monday morning which I took. Showed to the interview where I did a small written assessment before the interview. I was then pulled into the office where 3 people asked a series of questions about "what would you do". I received a phone call 4 hours later form the recruiter offering the position.

Interview
You are first sent an email to take an assessment once you pass the assessment you will receive another email in which they will schedule you for an interview. If you are a selected candidate you are then selected for a job offer
It was easy with a few pre selected questions asked. Very strong emphasis on applicable questions that deal with call center related scenarios. Overall not too bad and aligns with call center role related questions.
