I applied personally in human resources. I then got interviewed by the human resources recruiter, then I got interviewed by the department administrator. I had plenty of job experience on the field, having worked for a temp agency provided me with the opportunity to put my foot in the door with Kaiser Permanente.

Former job experience, questions about attendance for example when is the best time to call out, questions about customer service, example: How would you deal with an irate patient, or how do you get along with difficult coworkers.

Interview
After completing the application they ask you to take an assessment test, then a video interview. After that they do a phone interview and then a group interview. The whole process can take quite a while.

If you are applying for a bilingual position be prepared to take a few assessments beforehand. The final interview is titled Meet and Greet, you hand them your resume and they take you around their call center and hospital. Everyone was very nice, but very informal in a group setting.
