Majority of the employees are hired through a temp agency. The background and drug test depends on the temp agency, however I’m sure majority have been urine test ... & they all require a intense background check, all job dates should be precise as possible or it can delay you starting.. possibly losing the position.

Panel interview with the supervisors from each location. It almost felt like an interrogation. Some supervisors were more easygoing than others. It may be intimidating if you’re not used to that type of setting but if you know your stuff, you’ll be fine.
