Interview
Contacted by a KP recruiter on LinkedIn. The communication with KP was great. They had me fill out a survey describing my experience in more detail. KP scheduled a phone interview with hiring manager. Then, went in for a in-person interview with two panel groups. 1 hour with hiring manager, HR director, and director. 30 mins with coworkers.
Interview was comfortable in a conference room. They were warm and friendly.
Mainly behavioral questions related to problem solving and team building skills. Answered with my experience using the STAR method.

Although, I am waiting a response from the hiring manager; my experience was painless. Be honest, be human and apply for positions that speak to your KSA's. This is an opportunity to get to know you and also for you to learn more about the role. Ask question at the end.
