Interview
I was called in October to interview. Interview was with a large group of about 20. We picked numbers off of a board, read the question and answered it. We did this for a couple of rounds before being asked to go upstairs and interview 1 on 1. Completed all the requirements for hire and started in December.

Interview
After completing the application they ask you to take an assessment test, then a video interview. After that they do a phone interview and then a group interview. The whole process can take quite a while.

Interview
If you are applying for a bilingual position be prepared to take a few assessments beforehand. The final interview is titled Meet and Greet, you hand them your resume and they take you around their call center and hospital. Everyone was very nice, but very informal in a group setting.
