It was followed by the actual interview, which was a panel of 3 people. They were interested in why I wanted the job, previous leadership experience, and my coursework. Last about an hour

Conversational and welcoming one on one with project manager, felt super relaxed throughout and they did a great job of explaining the position and accepting any questions. Overall pleasant conversation and informative. Only 1 round was needed
