I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Salem, OR) in Mar 2017
Interview
Was very quick for me but I’ve heard that others have a harder time getting in. Try to make your resume and personality stand out. Apply to multiple positions even if they’re not what you really want, if you can get your foot in the door, you will have a better chance getting where you want as an internal employee than someone who is external, as positions are first offered to internal applicants.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Redwood City, CA) in July 2024
Interview
The interview process usually starts with an online application and phone screening. If selected, you’ll have an in-person or virtual interview where they ask about your experience and skills. Sometimes, you may do a skills test. If you pass, you’ll get a job offer and go through onboarding, including background checks and training. Kaiser values teamwork and patient care, so showing these qualities helps.
