After applying online, a recruiter called to ask screening questions to verify my interest, experience and location preference. My resume was forwarded to the manager and then I had a virtual interview with the manager and assistant managers.

Basic STAR interview questions, more interested in specialty experience, benefits ok for in state but not as great if you live out of state and telecommute. Be aware of scheduling with time zone if working from another state.
