Filling out the online application, phone call with the chief of the area, and informal interview. Pretty casual and low key. It really was not very intimidating and the people were all very nice and professional

2-on-1 face to face for 1 hour after a 45-minute screening phone call. No tour of facility, no meeting with other staff or docs. Was asked more about people I knew/worked with than about qualifications
