I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
The process was very quick. I did a interview with a panel of 4 managers from several local offices. Routine questions for the most part. Still waiting for a offer but I did reach out to the interviewer and she was very open to the process and what to expect as far as time frame. Their hiring process is not a quick one but it’s worth it.

The interview process usually starts with an online application and phone screening. If selected, you’ll have an in-person or virtual interview where they ask about your experience and skills. Sometimes, you may do a skills test. If you pass, you’ll get a job offer and go through onboarding, including background checks and training. Kaiser values teamwork and patient care, so showing these qualities helps.
