The interview process started with an initial screening with the recruiter. I then met with three individuals w. at various levels of the quality improvement team via MS Teams. They asked questions about myself, my background, and my experience. I was then asked to come back for another interview where they brought the entire team and all asked me questions, diving deeper into my background and experiences.
