I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Nov 2012
Interview
Casual. The lady in charge of the department was a complete joke. Was sent here by a recruiter, so it was not your average interview i guess. Other departments may have been different.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
First interviewed with the Chief of Staff and then with the executive I’ll be supporting. Interviews were each 30 mins, very warm and conversational. Video calls. Equal time spent explaining the position as much as asking me about myself to make sure it was a good fit both ways.
