Combination of phone screenings, 1:1 interviews and panel interviews. These were conducted by leaders, peers and direct reports. All the people I spoke with were very professional and cordial.The interviews were drawn out over a long period of time, that was definitely a downside to the interview process.

Interview
Screening interview with the recruiter and two panel interviews. Went fairly quickly. The questions were straightforward and as expected. They had a good focus on what was needed for the job, not anything weird. I really enjoyed the interviews and getting to meet the team. They seem really invested in helping me succeed when I start.
