I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LinkedIn (Amsterdam) in June 2022
Interview
Normal sales interview process focused on skills & expertise using STAR, roleplay with clients. After a normal HR check, as an internal candidate I had to do 2 rounds (competency + disco).

Interview
Interview process went overall fine. Because of summer vacation, got the complete feedback a full month after through the HR. The feedback did not fit at all with the actual interview and the feedback I got directly at the end of it. To the point that I think they confused me with another applicant. For instance, was told at the end of the interview that I didn't need to do a second round table intro at the role playing stage. And first point of debrief from the HR who had been briefed by the main interviewer - a month later- was that it was disappointing that I did not make a round table introduction. The overall process was good and the HR was great, accommodating and supportive but the feedback clearly tainted the whole experience. I didn't quite realise at what point until now that I'm looking for a job and don't feel confortable applying to Linkedin.
