LinkedIn Production Innovation interview questions

It's quite a strange interview. Before the interview, I received an e-mail said that I will be tested technical question, but when I actually got the phone interview. I got all the behavior questions including the following questions. The interviewer said there might be some technical questions next round. But it's still weird. I got totally different message what the interview is going to about which leads me to the totally different direction.
