First submitted cv and cover letter online; then was sent an email with link to do online tests incl verbal and numerical, before an assessment centre incl interview, group exercise and presentation

Interview
Recruitment team was quite flexible and gave a range of dates/times to choose for the interview/assessment centre which was great. Process have now changed though. Was also quick to hear back after the assessment centre.
