Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Interview process was standard like most (if not, all) retail positions. Questions were predominantly based around team work, maths and problem solving. Pleasant experience overall.

They focus on four customer related values of lloyds bank , Diversity , career development , empathy towards customer and integrity and security. Questions are easy but you need to give some previous related examples to demonstrate your idea
