Two stages, two interviewers each time. Situation questions.
It was a quick process and took about three months total from invitation to interview to offer. The interview questions were a little challenging, as expected

Interview
There were two rounds of interviews which were competency and values based. The first interview focused more on competency when compared to the second interview, which also felt more like the hiring manager and senior manager we’re getting to know the person too. Overall a great experience and one not too difficult as long as you know how to best answer competency based questions.
