Interview
I applied through glassdoor. I was contacted around 2 months later to complete a Front End challenge. The next step was an on site interview. First with management and then with a senior developer. I had a verbal offer one month later but declined the offer, we didn't agree on the salary and they wanted me to go from senior developer in my current company to junior developer. ( I have 5 years of commercial experience)
