Interview
1) Applied online
2) phone call from recruiter 2 weeks later
3) first interview 2 days later with hiring manager
4) In person assessment week after. I got average for math, above average for everything else. Practice!
5) second interview with AD and hiring manager 2 weeks later
6) Offer 1 month later.
Don’t worry if you don’t get a reply quickly. Recruitment is a slow moving ship that requires approvals and people go on leave.

Interview
A Very technical interview testing in-depth knowledge based on my resume. Started off simple then got a bit difficult. Psychometric test was very challenging too. Overall experience was good. Pretty good interviewers.
The process was as follows
1. Interview - with main point of contacts for the role
2. Psychometric test
3. Final interview for 45 minutes and an excel test for an hr
Many rounds including HR, online tests and line manager interviews.
Towards the final stage you will get the opportunity to meet with ones on much more senior level and a good learning process.
