Interview
Interview process took several hours and the use of a panel interview made it incredibly stressful for me, particularly considering many of the questions were duplicated. The panel interview definitely needs to be shortened; a 2 hour interview in the working day is not very reasonable to expect of possible candidates.
Process was as follows:
1) Screening call with talent agent
2) 1-hour interview with hiring manager
3) 2-hour panel interview with 4 peers + project management presentation

Give me a specific example of someone you look up to at work and why? What have you done to teach other people that skill?
In the first stage I had a virtual interview. Questions were asked with about 60 seconds to prepare. Mainly looking at your soft skills and how you would resolve a problem.
Overall the experience was good.

Interview
The initial interview is conducted via video response to several questions. On the very first question, I felt myself wanting to ask additional questions of the interviewer in order to understand context and be able to provide a better answer. Almost every subsequent question was the same. It was very impersonal, I never felt comfortable, and ultimately I abandoned the process altogether. If a company can't take the time to talk to prospective employees in person (even on live zoom / video chat), I do not think they truly value the people that they want to work for them.

Phone interview with recruiter. then panel inteview. The recruiter did not provided much information. The panel interview was very unprofessional , Sarcastic tones and questions. Seems they already decided to not go with me . What i don't understand is why then they invited me ( may be tick in box )
