Sono stati sinceri e molto transparenti e chiari con il processo. purtroppo e molto dificile entrare non perche fanno un lavoro estremo (alla fine, non salviamo vite nella consulenza...pensiamo un po) ma e un intero esame per cui ti devi preparare per mesi. No feedback dopo la mail che dice che non hai passato il colloquio. Una prima chiamata con l HR, poi 4 colloqui sulla stessa struttura: personal e poi case study, solo che con persone diverse, crescendo il livello e importanza per il tuo ruolo: HR internazionale, poi un collega, poi i tuoi propesctive managers, poi i partners.

Tell me a time when you had divergences with your colleagues and how did you overcome them.
Passed the online test and then had a round 1 interview. I got a rejection call shortly after. Interviews were a mix of behavioral and technical. Difficulty depends on difficulty of case.
First you get an HR Round, then 2 back to back interviews then 3 interviews. The overall process took around 2-3 weeks, it was not very difficult very fast turnaround

Interview
Positive experience until the super day. The scheduling was quite long and they gave me a month's gap between my previous round and my final round. But overall everyone speaks eloquently and thinks logically. My interactions with senior partners are also very positive; they ask insightful, probing questions and were encouraging throughout the interview. I thought I smashed it, but one of the partners called me the other day and rejected me.
