7 entretiens en 2 rounds de 3 entretiens chacun + entretien final avec le chair du recruitment committee. Tous les entretiens ont fait l'objet d'un cas, certains très compliqués mais tous intéressants et pertinents pour les industries dont ils s'inspirent

Question 1
Un sous traitant de l'aéronautique a trouvé le moyen de produire des portes pour gros porteurs deux fois plus légères. A combien peut il espérer les vendre à l'unité?
It was a one-to-one interview with a consultant. It's a typical case study. The experience was traumatizing. I know my answers weren't great, the consultant was elegant and didn't bother to hide his boredom.

What was the most difficult situation you have encountered in the workplace? What did you do about it?
Had 2 rounds. First was a virtual interview with 2 sessions back-to-back. One case and one PEI in each. Second was a final in person round, with 3 sessions back-to-back with one case and one PEI each.

3 step process. first was a screening then followed with around 7 case studies. the case studies ranged in varying industries and scope. this was done over a course of 2 months
