was brought in through a headhunter as an experienced hire. went for a full day interview. although I had only 4 days to prepare (knew nothing about the process beforehand), managed to pass the PST test and morning interviews(3) and get to the partner interviews(2). Didn't work out in the end, feedback was that I wasn't strong enough on quant, analysis and math.

Interview
Two rounds (first round 2 associate interviews, second 3 partner interviews), 30 minutes of a personal story and 30 minutes of cases. The second round was much less rigid with some partners being much more structured and others being more loose.

For the first round, there were two back-to-back one-hour interviews each. One interviewer was great while the other was tough. 30 min PEI, 30 min case. The case was tougher than the practice ones but doable

Dopo l'invio del cv ho ricevuto un invito per completare un assessment online. Terminato l'assessment ho ricevuto diversi inviti per partecipare a delle sessioni di formazione in preparazione ai colloqui, mi è stato anche fornito l'accesso ad un portale contenente materiale di studio.
