First was online test mostly grammar and multitasking ,it was a elimination round. Next was a Power Point presentation round. They had said specifically that the would finish the whole process by 3 pm but they started the second round at 3:30 they made us wait for so long and that too without proper lunch. The final round was phone interview. The interviewer sounded arrogant and when asked about certain questions he didn't answer and repeated the same thing that I said. I didn't knew McKinsey employed such arrogant employees.
