I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McKinsey & Company (Boston, MA)
Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds: (1) an initial HR screening, (2) a technical interview focusing on my experience in financial modeling and industry research, and (3) a final round combining a PEI (Personal Experience Interview) and case study. The process was structured and professional, but the expectations were high. The case study required structured thinking under pressure, and the PEI demanded clear articulation of past impact, leadership, and teamwork. I appreciated the clarity and promptness of communication throughout.
