conversations with 3 people, very easy, maybe too easy. there was no pitch or panel - talk about where you see the industry going. they like transparency and alignment - you should really believe in it too

cut right to the chase; spoke and met with the people that matter and didn't waste time with next steps. Communication was seamless and offer negotiations easy. This is how every interview/offer should go. Loved it.
