I was asked to interview with a recruiter, then a phone call with the hiring manager, then on-site with the hiring manager and another team member, then a Skype interview with the hiring manager, then an on-site with the VP, followed by a phone call with another VP. It was an incredibly lengthy process and a bit unorganized. I ended up turning down the offer and they seemed very surprised, and pushed me a bit on why I did not accept, asking me a lot of questions about my decision in the end. I assume this is because by the end of the interview we had both invested quite a bit of time into each other.
