Lengthy...but I think that this actually allowed both the teams and myself to get to know each other better, though the process did take much longer than normal with this approach.

Lots of behavioral questions...i.e. give us a time when you had to correct a superior, a time when you had to be in charge even though that was not your position, etc.
Recruiter phone screen, manager interview, regional vp interview, group interview, very clear communication from recruiter throughout entire process. Expectation of each step were set accurately, gave me plenty of prep help, great overall experience.

First a Phone Screening with a recruiter, then a mock call with hiring manager and then a final interview. The process usually takes 2 weeks so pretty quick compared to other companies.

Interview
The interview process was challenging but exhilarating. There were ample opportunities to share what individual research I had done but also learn from my recruiter and interviewers. I found my recruiter helpful every step of the way.
