The interview process was lengthy but necessary. It also gave me insight into the different aspects of the position and the people I could potentially be working with. The Behavioral Interview was something I implemented in my own hiring practices, throughout my career.

Interview
Series of interviews. First with Talent Acquisition Representative, then with a Vice President, then a director. They make it feel like you are the best candidate out there after rigorous selection process. However, they'll drill you during the interview. Watch out and don't go into the interview swollen headed
