There are two interview stages. One with a local manager who will ask you about your background why you applied etc it usually lasts 30 minutes. The other is with a Japanese staff member where you will have to give a short lesson.

They will make you perform a grammer test and explain a teaching assignment. It is relatively straight forward.

I was first asked a series of questions from one of the more senior instructors. Then I got contacted back later and offered a position. Overall it was an average interview process.
