It started with a phone interview. It then transitioned to an in-person. After was another in-person interview with the boss. There was an analysis of typing too. All of the interviewers were patient and asked good questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Oracle (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Laid back and informal, mostly to see if there was a fit for the company culture. I had a friend refer me to the position so it may have been a more expedited process to get to the interview with who would have been my direct boss. Overall it was not a good fit for me, but is a great place for those who are looking for a good work-life balance.
