    Pros

Oracle's breadth and depth is unmatched as we can solve any customer problem through technology. Culturally, this large enterprise is very autonomous and you have the freedom to experiment with various projects.

    Cons

It's a complex business, which can operate slowly on some occasions.

I have been working at Oracle full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Nice people, good benefits, flexibility
Love the job and Oracle as a whole

    Cons

It’s very sexist. Men are always promoted and women who would do a better job and been here for ages are not even considered. Speak up as a woman and your male Manager will dislike you and that’s your career. Women are used to fighting for their careers so you’ll still enjoy the job.
Sales guys are aggressive if a woman has her opinion.

    Advice to Management

Management are men so no advice.
Local management would be ideal, seems all Managers are from overseas so we have to do as we are told and feel lucky we have a job. Look at ODP CP for example.
Apologies for this review but it’s getting worse

    I worked at Oracle full-time

    Pros

Getting paid out when you leave.

    Cons

The company is absolutely miserable and soul destroying. It is a huge bureaucracy ruled only by lawyers and bean counters. The company treats employees like idiots. The IT systems are so antiquated the 1960's would be a huge leap forward. There are constant layoffs, off-shoring and down skilling. One moment they have a love fest, the next moment massive layoffs. Our customers absolutely hate us. The products and services we provide are mediocre to poor. The business model appears purely to buy something decent then run it into the ground. Politics and favoritism are the basis of senior management decision making. The company is struggling as the revenues dry up as customers move to other modern companies.
