Language tests done on email form. And there are interviews with direct manager and second level manager. From submit to offer received took around one month, more or less. Interviews were conducted in English.
The interview happened with 2 interviewers. Overall i felt pressured by the questions that they were asking. Even though the position did not require much experience for a person that was at the begging of their career, it was very demotivating.
