I applied through university. I interviewed at Oracle (Boston, MA) in Feb 2016
Interview
3 rounds, Round 1 - Screen Round 2 - More in depth interview Round 3 - You speak to a manager who is going to hire you for himself or for one of his/her fellow managers. They match what they are looking for for "their team" and compare you to other people who are interviewing. The process was very easy make sure you ask them if they have any reservations about hiring you. Typically at the end of the interview they gave you tips/feedback for the next round if they wanted you to succeed and felt as though you were prepared but wanted you to be even more prepared.
Received a call to schedule a screening from a recruiter, after the screen I was then scheduled for a final round but the recruiter called me and cancelled the interview because they filled the slot.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Madrid) in June 2023
Interview
Largo y tedioso. Empiezas con una entrevista por telefono rápida, tras esto, si pasas, te meten en una entrevista con 50 personas, donde formareis grupos y creareis algo en conjunto que luego expondreis al resto.
The interview process was 4 steps with various levels of employees from the team. I was had to complete a mock discovery call to walk through my process and communication
