The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle in Jan 2010
Interview
Multiple interviews , first with the hiring manager then with a coworker and then with the Director. Most of the time they want to make sure you are customer focus and that you are a team player. Also it's important for you o let them know that you want to learn about new technologies and that you are very open to changes in the process of doing your job. Since change is a very big part of Oracle.
