I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Oracle in June 2011
Interview
Got a first phone call from the hiring manager then several 1:1 interviews with 3 lines of management focused on past experiences and approach of a sales oriented job. Many questions about why working for Oracle, expectation for the future, desire to evolve, within which timeframe. It took then two months to receive an offer.
