Lengthy. At least six rounds to include facilitation session. Included multiple layers of leadership. Several rounds via phone and at least one panel and 1:1 in person. Well rounded process to give you the best perspective to make an informed decision.

1. Interview with Hiring Manager
This was a phone interview with the direct manager for the role.
2. Interview with Director
This was a phone interview with the Manager’s upline.
3. Final interview with Manager, Director and VP requiring a 15-20 min mock training to be delivered by candidate
This was a sales training of my choice from a list of 7-8 standard sales topics such as questioning, Prospecting and answering objections.
